Superior Multi-Packaging Limited specializes in producing a wide range of customized flexible packaging materials for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, healthcare, electronics and other industry sectors. Located in Singapore, the flexible packaging facility was set up since 1987 to serve the business needs of the customers globally.
Equipped with advanced and versatile machineries, SMPL offers high-speed Rotogravure printing on various substrates (BOPP, Coated BOPP, PET, K-PET, SiOx-PET, BON, Kraft Paper and special films) with up to nine-color combination per print run. With such capability, we are able to increase the range of quality flexible packaging products for the industries.
To add more value to customers , SMPL also put in place computerized extrusion and dry lamination processes (solvent-based and water-based). This is to complement flexible printing line to enable different combination of packaging materials such as paper, aluminum foil, and different types of plastic films and resins.
At SMPL, we are highly committed to ensuring premium quality in our products through improved technology and upgrading of skills. For quality control purposes, we have installed state-of-the-art testing equipment including Universal Testing Machine, Environmental Chamber, Gas Chromatography, leak tester, ProGage Electronic Tester with Auto Feeder and other relevant testing equipments.
In 1997, we received the award of ISO 9002 Certification for the manufacture of flexible packaging materials. In 2005, we were accredited with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) System - Food Safety System for Flexible Packaging. As a food safety management tool, HACCP provides a framework for companies to effectively manage the processes to prevent and control food hazards.
